I work in a large-scale organization that uses eM Client to manage all the email work. Being a part of that organization, eM Client has become a part and parcel of my routine for all my email data management. A few days back, I was offered to work on a project, which involved dealing with various clients and resolving their technical issues. However, while working on the project I got data in Thunderbird file format. It was important for me to open and check the Thunderbird data files but I was having the eM Client application installed on my machine. Then, I started searching as I was somehow sure that there must be some way to import Thunderbird to eM Client application.  I started searching for the solution to export Thunderbird to eM Client directly. While searching I got various user’s queries like:

  • Firstly, open eM Client application on your Windows machine.

  • If you need to import selected Thunderbird folder to eM Client application, choose the import selected folder option and click on Next button.

  • Check the desired folder to import on eM Client application >> click on Next button.

  • Now, if you want to save the imported data files at default location then, select the option and click on Finish button.

  • If you want to save imported data files at the specific folder, just click on select the folder to browse the location.

  • Give a name to your new folder and click on Ok button.

  • Now, click on Finish button to import the data files in eM Client.

  • After the completion of the process of importing, you will get the completion message.

In this way, one can easily import Mozilla Thunderbird mailbox data to eM Client directly.  When I was migrating my data to eM Client, it took only a few moments and converted all my data into Thunderbird mailbox.
