Method 1: Enable In-Place Archive

You can enable in-place archive in Office 365 to get 50 GB to 1.5 TB extra space depending on your Office 365 subscription plan. You can use this in-place archive storage to store your large mailboxes.

  1. Open the Exchange Admin Center (EAC).
  2. Select Recipients options.
