Step 1: Send a Request to Archive LinkedIn Data

Sign in to your LinkedIn account and click on Me.
Thereafter, choose the Settings and privacy option.
Select the Data privacy option as shown in the screenshot.
Click on Get a copy of your data option to continue.
Now you can see an option to Export your data.
Select Download a larger data archive, including connections, contacts, account history, and information we infer about you based on your profile and activity. This option allows downloading all LinkedIn data at once.
Choose Want something in particular? Select the data files you’re most interested in. This option permits to choose the required items for downloading. Select the LinkedIn data of your choice from Articles, Connections, Imported Contacts, Messages, Invitations, Profile, Recommendations, and Registration. Thereafter click on the Request archive option for submitting a request to download LinkedIn database.
Now your request to export LinkedIn messages has been submitted, see the status of a request is showing pending. Users can click on view the rich media option that allows them to download LinkedIn images including profile pictures and cover photos.

Note: After submitting your request, you need to wait for up to 24 hours for downloading your LinkedIn data on your local machine. After 24 hours you will need to complete phase 2.

Step 2: Download All LinkedIn Data on Your PC

Repeat the all steps as we have discussed in above step 1. Thereafter, you can see your LinkedIn profile data is ready to download. Now click on the Download archive button.
After that, go to Download folders and see LinkedIn exported data in the ZIP file.
Right-click on the downloaded Zip file and choose Extract Here option as you can see.
Now, you can see all downloaded LinkedIn data including the Articles folder, Connections.csv, Contacts.csv, Invitations.csv, Messages.csv, Profile.csv, and Registration.csv.
Open the Article folder that has all LinkedIn exported articles in HTML format as shown in the respective screenshot.
