STEP 1
Launch Tool
Install and run BitRecover PST to MBOX Converter on your system and click Next on the initial welcome screen.
Add Outlook PST Files
Choose Select Files or Select Folders to browse and upload your .pst files or let the tool auto-detect your configured Outlook profile data, then click Next.
Select Mailbox Folders
Check the checkboxes for the specific email folders, subdirectories, or items you want to export and click Next.
Choose MBOX Saving Option
Open the Select Saving Option dropdown list and select MBOX as your target file format.
Configure Advanced Settings (Optional)
Switch to the Filter Options tab to apply selective conversion rules by date range, sender, recipient, or subject keywords.
Choose Destination Path
Click the Browse folder button to choose the local hard drive directory or external storage location where the converted MBOX files will be saved.
Start PST to MBOX Conversion
Click the Convert button at the bottom-right corner to initiate the batch conversion of your selected PST mailboxes to MBOX.
Complete Conversion
Monitor the real-time progress bar and click OK once the confirmation pop-up displays "Conversion completed successfully".
STEP 9
Access Resultant MBOX Files
The software automatically opens your chosen destination directory in File Explorer, allowing you to access and import your newly generated MBOX files into Thunderbird, Apple Mail, or any MBOX-supported client.
