Steps to import TGZ format mailboxes in Zimbra Desktop

Now everybody can import .tgz emails into Zimbra Desktop by following few simple steps. Here users can see all steps related to import TGZ file into Zimbra Desktop along with screenshots.

STEP 1

Run Zimbra desktop email client in your machine and select Preferences << Import/Export option as showing in screenshot.

Click on Browse button choose email folder.

Select .tgz file from your machine and click on Open.

Now choose Destination to import mailboxes.

Select destination folder and press Ok, you can create new folder to import emails by clicking on New button.

Click on Import to continue.
