Instructions to recover data from VMware VMFS *.vmdk drives

In this live video tutorial, you can see how to recover VMware VMFS file data.

STEP 1

Run VMFS Recovery Software and hit on the Folder icon to upload VMFS drive.

VMFS Repair Tool provides multiple recovery modes i.e. deleted / formatted / partition / raw data recovery modes.

Now you can preview VMware VMFS disk partitions in the software window.

Click on drive partition and get drive information i.e. Partition Type, Start Sector, End Sector, and Partition Size.

Choose files / folders from software panel and click on the Save button. After that browse a destination path to restore recovered data from VMFS VMDK files.
