Software provides dual options to load emails in software panel i.e.

• Select Files: This option allows users to select single file or multiple files at a time using Ctrl Key.
• Select Folders: This option enable you to select a complete folder comprising of multiple .msg files. It allows you to convert multiple MSG Files to PDF all at once.

Select MSG files and click on Open button.

Previewing location of selected file (s), click on Next.

After selecting the required MSG email folders, this utility shows all emails in “Select Folders” tab in software panel. From this preview panel, one can choose only required MSG emails to PDF Document. Then Click on Next Button.

Choose Office 365 as saving format to import EML to Office 365.

Change Language : It allows to Change Language of Office 365 Folders to 9 different Languages : English , Dutch, French, German, Spanish, Swedish, Norwegian, Italy, Finnish. For Example if Language is selected as French the folders Task will be visible as Tâches, Inbox as Boîte de réception.

Choose from Different Saving Options & Click on Convert

• If You are Office 365 User : You need to enter Office 365 Credentials I.e Office 365 Username & password to import EML into Office 365 Account and press Convert button to start the process. I you are not admin , Skip to STEP 10.

• Convert Attachments as PDF : This option enables you to convert all attachments as pages of PDF documents. If the attachment is an MS Office file, image files such as .jpg, gif, .png, .bmp, etc., so the software also converts the same attachment as the PDF document.
• Black & White Mode: This enable you to create non-searchable PDF file in Black and White color. The user just need to select this option to convert MSG to PDF in black and white. For security purposes and to reduce the PDF file size, certain people choose to use this features. Since this solution discards all file layout & formatting, the PDF file size becomes much more compressed and gets saved without taking up too much room on the local machine.
• Destination Path : Enter your Destination Location to save the converted PDF Files.
• File Naming Option : the user can manage the name of exported PDF by following Naming Convention Options : Original File Name, Subject + Date (dd-mm-yyyy), From + Subject + Date (yyyy-mm-dd),From + Subject + Date (dd-mm-yyyy), Date (dd-mm-yyyy) + From + Subject, Date (yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss) + From + Subject,Date (yyyy-mm-dd hhmm), From +Date (yyyy-mm-dd hhmm), Date (mm-dd-yyyy) +Subject + From, Date (yyyy-mm-dd) +From + Subject, AutoIncrement. This will help you to easily sort out PDF by searching within local system.

Go to the Destination Location & You can access the convert MSG Files as PDF File.
