Instructions to Take backup of emails from G Suite account from single or multiple User accounts at a time

STEP 1

Free download, install & Run BitRecover G Suite Backup software on any Windows based machine. Fill account credentials

Press Login button.

Upload vCard Files

 

STEP 3

Batch G Suite Account Backup

Check "Use Batch Mode" to Archive mailbox data from Custom Domain accounts a time using CSV File

Enable MBOX Folders

 

STEP 4

Click on Add CSV Buton: For this, the user needs to first provide all account credentials by uploading a CSV file to backup multiple G Suite accounts.

Note: Create CSV File with email address & password of each account separated by comma. For example in Notepad Application Type : abc@domainname.com,password & save as .csv File.

STEP 5

Multiple Accounts from CSV will then be added to the screens as shown below :

STEP 6

You can select the desired Accounts that you need to take backup & Click on Next button.

From Left Panel of the screen, select the desired Labels & Sub- Labels that you need to take backup.

STEP 7

Select from the multiple options to archive & download G Suite emails : PST, MSG, EML, EMLX, MBOX, PDF, HTML, MHT, XPS, RTF, DOC, Windows Live Mail, CSV, Lotus Notes, Zimbra, Thunderbird, Zip, G Suite, Outlook.com, Yahoo , Rediffmail, Office 365, Exchange Server, Hosted Exchange Server, G Suite, IBM Verse, Amazon WorkMail, Icewarp & IMAP

Select destination

 

STEP 8

Change Language : This option would change the name of the folder to a different language in the destination location. The available languages for directories are as follows: German, Dutch, English, French, Spanish, Swedish, Norwegian, Italian, Finnish, Spanish,

click on Convert button

 

STEP 9

Enter a file naming option and a required destination path for saving /downloading the final data.

Conversion completed

 

STEP 10

Go to destination path to get your converted database.

STEP 11

The user can apply this feature by enabling “Use Advance Settings for Selective Backup” check box. With this, you can apply advance settings for finding the emails. This G Suite backup process becomes easy with such filters like Date Range, From, To, Subject and many more features. You can also request for more features by filling out a simple request form .

Savinglog.txt : The software generates a Savings.log txt file after the completion of G Suite Accout backup process. This report enables users to analyze the log report of backup by analysing the details such as Start Date & Time ,Saving Type, Selected Source, Folder Path, Items converted,Destination path , Status : Conversion completed successfully

STEP 14

The tool will automatically open the resultant files in desired file format. Then, you can simple import & open in desired email client
